The therapeutic process usually begins with identifying the specific reasons for seeking treatment and clarifying what you would like to accomplish. Through our collaborative efforts we identify what is working and what needs attention – like long standing disruptive patterns and self-expressions individually or in relationships that lead to difficulty being or relating. The focus is individualized to your unique experience and worldview and will reflect my training in identifying and aiding in the resolution of enduring patterns with psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, EFT, and mindfulness approaches to treatment in the implementation of insight, development of new behaviors, and healthy change. This allows an opportunity for you to understand yourself better and to find updated ways of coping with old issues and patterns and to allow your authentic self and potential to unfold.
